Use indirect object pronouns (me, te, le, nos, os, les) + gusta/gustan.

Examples

Me gusta el café (I like coffee)

Te gustan los perros (You like dogs)

Le encanta bailar (He loves dancing)

Nos interesa la historia (We are interested in history)
