classic story told in two surprising
ways. Listen carefully and tell us which
version you prefer. Let's begin.
>> Golden Goose 2.0, the maker. In an old
studio, a girl found an old robot. She
charged it and turned it on. It
immediately started to work. Each day it
made one golden ceramic goose,
handshaped, kilfired, radiant. People
lined up to see them. She placed each
goose on a wooden shelf. No two were
alike. One day, a visitor came with a
lot of money. He wanted to buy the
design. He said, "We'll 3D print
thousands. Everyone gets one."
>> The girl hesitated. Then Meera quietly
watching said,
>> "When everything is special, nothing
is."
>> So the girl declined. She kept going.
One goose a day. Visitors came for the
quiet, the slowness, the hands behind
the work. More visitors came. The town
grew. Years later, the robot still
hummed. One goose one day. Always
golden. Always different. A sign above
the shelf read, "Give it time and it
will grow."
>> Now, here's a [music] different take on

In a forgotten shed, a boy found an old
robot. Each day, it drew a beautiful
golden goose. Just one. The art was
stunningly beautiful. He posted the art
online. It went viral. The art was very
popular.
One a day wasn't enough. Dorian, quietly
watching from the side, said, "This is
your chance to get rich." He had an
idea. He scanned the images, minted
NFTts,
started Golden Nest. Thousands of
copies, thousands of buyers. The market
exploded.
But soon, everyone had a golden goose.
Collectors stopped caring. The magic
faded. The value dropped. The boy begged
the robot for new art. The robot paused,
then drew a beautiful golden goose. The
boy stared at the image. It was the best
thing it had ever made.
