A student is a person who attends an educational institution such as a school, college, or university to acquire knowledge. This term can also describe anyone who is dedicated to learning a particular subject or skill independently.

A share is one of the equal parts into which a company's capital is divided. It gives the person who buys it a small part of ownership in the company.
